Get yourself an edge in spread
Clumps and dead spots? Not with this spreader. The X Series manure spreaders have a unique vertical beater placement combined with guillotine slop gate controls to ensure material entering the beaters is sent out in an even spread with a consistent size (2 inches or less).

Versatility when you need it
Flared sides on the X550, X700 and X900 provide a base for your bucket and a lower loading height for extra capacity compared to a spreader with straight sides. The vertical beaters are also removable so you can haul forage, silage, snow, compost and hay. Can’t beat that.

Reversible apron chains for the win
Find something in your load that doesn’t belong? It happens. That’s when the reversible apron chain comes in to save the day. The 88C open barrel pintle chain is used to carry full tube slats across the floor for optimal tensile strength. If that isn’t enough, it is backed by our limited-lifetime warranty.

X900 LITTER Spreader
The 900 cubic feet litter spreader is made for the big haulers. Those that are doing their own hauling and are taking too many trips out of the lot, need this one. With an overall length of 32 feet, easily maneuver in and out of gates. Operate your floor chain speed and gate height to achieve the amount per acre for best nutrient management. We’re bringing you the durability, versatility, and efficiency you want and need in any poultry litter operation. This unit features a two way hydraulic back door. Easily open the full door for maintenance and cleaning access or adjust the bottom door to better control your spread distance. We’ve got you covered!

CAPACITY
Wheel hubs are the center for the durability of our boxes – rated at 16,000 pounds per hub. The box has a capacity of 625 struck cu. ft. and 909 heaped cu. ft.

WHEELS AND TIRES
The X900 Litter Spreader comes standard with a tandem axle. Choose Used Military tires or upgrade to a 600 series flotation tire option to minimize field compaction.

POWER
This size of spreader requires a 180-200 hp tractor. In this range, you can choose either a “small” 1-3/8 1000 RPM PTO or a “large” 1-3/4″ 1000 RPM PTO to make best use of your equipment.

VERSATILITY
Want to spread far and wide or narrow and close? Say no more. Simply loosen the 4 bolts and align them to the pre drilled width options.

DEPENDABLE
Our 88C chain boasts a limited lifetime warranty so you know you are always covered while in use. Our unique reversible chain feature gives you the opportunity to move the litter away from the beaters to remove any foreign objects. Robust all tube steel slats provide additional durability while moving more and more manure.

RUGGED BOX BUILD
Densilite floors have minimal thermal expansion and contraction for less cracking and buckling with temperature changes. Better yet, it creates a slick surface for enhanced material flow. 2 inch uprights on 2 foot centers provide a strong structure for hauling.

FILL QUICKLY WITH A SKID STEER
Easy filling with low loading heights of 94 inches on our X900 with used military tires. The flared sides allow you to easily load material from the side over the wheel to decrease material loss and load time.

TRANSPORT SAFETY
Bright LED lights, a strong safety chain and convenient heavy-duty jack make you more visible and secure on the road. Move manure wisely.

OPERATOR PROTECTION
A heavy-duty rock guard is mounted on the front for maximum protection. Because safety is a front and back proposition.

OPERATOR CONVENIENCE
Slip resistant and color-coded hydraulic grips make hooking up a breeze. A bolt tensioning system allows for in-the-field chain adjustment. Grease points maintain smooth machine operation and can be easily accessed.

OPTIONAL RAVEN RATE CONTROL
Need precise application and records? More states are requiring operators to carry records for 7 years on where and how much manure they applied to their fields. This is a breeze with the optional Raven Rate Control system. Enter in the amount you want to spread per acre, set your end gate and away you go. It monitors PTO, floor chain speed, and senses the gate height to keep your spread consistent across the field. The system uses our optional integrated weighbars in the axles and hitch to monitor load weight while spreading.
